A Person can be linked to an Organization
A Person can be linked to an Organization. Therefore, when working with a Person, all communication and transactions for the entire Organization is accessible.

A Person can be an “Individual” (not Linked to an Organization)
A Person can be entered as an “individual” (not linked to an Organization). When working with the Person you’ll see all communication and transactions for that Person.

Entering A New Person

The Activity module is the heart and soul of effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM). All Users can see all Activity logged and therefore your Organization can communicate with a consistent voice.  SuiteFlow™ Activity tracks phone calls, emails, faxes, letters, meetings, to-dos and work with a Person.

Entering A New Activity

Think of a “Topic” as a project. A SuiteFlow™ Topic can be as simple as tracking a conversation about a sales opportunity or as involved as a major project with multiple tasks and phases. Topics work wonderfully for Administrative, Sales, or Service departments.

• People can be linked to a Topic as a “Party”
• Activity can be created from a Topic to track all communication with all or specific Parties.
• A Team of Users can be linked to a Topic
• Phases (work flow) can be linked to a Topic.
• Proposals, Orders, Invoices, Documents (and more) can be linked to a Topic.
• A User’s “Hot” Topics are always present on the User’s Home screen as a constant reminder.

Topics Overview

The purpose of SuiteFlow’s Proposal system is to allow a User to generate a Proposal within seconds and email it to the recipient. Then, if the recipient accepts the Proposal, send the Proposal to Order without re-entering data. You can take advantage of SuiteFlows pre-designed Proposals or design your own Proposal with the exact look you’re after!
